The rubber stopper for medical use is formed by making the PTFE film, whose heat of fusion is 23 mJ/mg or lower, combined in one unit. The method for processing the PTFE film comprises a process in which the PTFE film is heated to its melting point or higher and a process in which the PTFE film heated to its melting point or higher is cooled at a cooling rate of at least 10°C/minute across the melting point.
