PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve added value for a user to view content.;SOLUTION: A viewing management device for managing viewing of a content by a plurality of viewing devices connected to a communication network includes: user management means for managing the viewing state of each user of the content obtained from the viewing devices; script generation means for generating a script corresponding to the content; and distribution means for distributing the script to the viewing devices. The user management means outputs the viewing states of other users regarding the same content as that viewed by the viewing device of the user in response to a request from the user to the viewing device of the user; thereby the viewing management device improves added value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
