The polyethylene-based resin (B) is a polyethylene-based resin, whose density is within a range of 0.875-0.910 g/cm3. The density of the polyethylene-based resin (B) is higher than that of the polyethylene-based resin (A). A content of the polyethylene-based resin (A) is 50-95 mass%.
