PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a charging mode and a supplying power mode in a system capable of mutually transmitting power between a vehicle and the outside, while suppressing disadvantages such us increase in size, complication and cost of the system.SOLUTION: A configuration is such that a power-supplying connector for connecting a vehicle to an external power-supplied apparatus in supplying power to the apparatus from the vehicle can be coupled to a connecting part used for coupling a charging-connector connecting the vehicle to the power-supplied apparatus in charging, from an external power supply apparatus, a power storage device incorporated in the vehicle, and such that, in a specific state of coupling with the connecting part, an impedance of a specific signal path comprised by the power-supplying connector falls into a power-supplying impedance range that is set as a range of impedance that is different from a charging-impedance range set as a range of impedance of a signal path corresponding to the specific signal path comprised by the charging-connector.
