PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a biological sample image-acquiring apparatus capable of efficiently acquiring the image of a sample region; a biological sample image-acquiring method; and a program.;SOLUTION: The blur of the sample region is avoided even when the start period of exposure for an imaging device is prior to the stop time point of a sample stage by making a stage follow to the sample stage.
