PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with dairy cattle kept in a cowshed wherein their udders become unsanitary and could contract garget, etc., since they sit on a stall with excrement discharged on it and wherein, while the dirt on the stall is manually cleaned, the cleaning work is hard, with both the cattle and people feeling stress because of bad odors from the excrement.;SOLUTION: An excrement collector for receiving excrement is provided under a cow's anus to ensure that excrement is collected at an excrement collection point without diffusing bad odors.
