PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cutter which can deal with long hair, has no possibility of dropping the once captured gray hair, cuts hair such as gray hair at a root position, prevents cutting of can the gray hair at an unexpected position, be easily handled, can safely cut the gray hair, and is effective for ridding of lice. PSOLUTION: The gray hair cutter 5 has a frame part 10, a cutting part 20, an energizing part 80, and a base part 100. The cutting part 20 has a manipulating part 50 having a cylindrical part 52, and a cutting part body with a blade part, fixed on the lower end of the cylindrical part 52 and provided inside a case part 30. The cutting part body is energized upward by the energizing part 80 in the case part 30. A pinching tool 200 is held between the cutting part 20 and the base part 100.
