PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumable part which has a reusable metal base material and in which a glass-transition temperature of an interposed part composed of a thermoplastic resin is higher than vulcanizing temperature when molding the consumable part composed of a thermoplastic resin.;SOLUTION: The consumable part includes a metal base material 3, and a consumable member 4 to be molded on the metal base material 3. The consumable part further includes an interposed part 5 that is interposed between the metal base material 3 and the consumable member 4. The consumable member 4 is a thermoplastic resin vulcanized and molded at a predetermined vulcanizing temperature. The interposed part 5 is a thermoplastic resin and the glass-transition temperature of the thermoplastic resin is higher than the vulcanizing temperature of the thermoplastic resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
