PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent storage of overlapping logs and failure to record logs in a system for concurrently performing processing in response to requests from plural users.SOLUTION: An application server 102 includes: one or more log data collection means 3221 for collecting logs and transmitting them to a log server; and a providing means 3225 for generating an identifier to uniquely identify the one or more log data collection means and providing it to the log server 103. The log server does not store a received log when the identifier associated with the received log matches the identifier associated with a previously stored log and other information, included in the received log, to uniquely identify the log matches other information, included in the previously stored log, to uniquely identify the log. In other cases, the log server stores the received log.
