PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening seat surface pitch absorption bracket which can absorb positional deviation caused by a tolerance in the step of forming a mount partner member and a synthetic resin component while suppressing metal collars to be used to one type.;SOLUTION: A collar support member 20 is housed in an housing space CS which is surrounded with a seat surface cover 13 and a seat surface base 14 and formed by bringing the seat surface cover 13 into a closed state. In such a case, the collar support member is housed in the housing space CS in such a form that: a body 20a of the collar support member 20 has a room enabling the body to move into the housing space CS; height-direction positions at which both ends of a core 20b are formed approximately match positions at which an opening 13h of a lock part 13a and an opening 14h of a lock hook 14a are formed; and the core 20b has a room enabling the core to move into the opening 13h (opening 14h).
