P To provide a method for cutting OFF water in an arrival pit mouth and a water cut-off structure and capable of recovering a propeller during injection of a cut-off material. PSOLUTION: A method for cutting OFF water in an arrival pit mouth comprises a step of arranging a fixing part 10 filled with mortar at an arrival pit mouth 4 and fixing a first water cut-off part 30 and a storage part 50 to the fixing part 10, a step of injecting water in the storage part 50, a step of putting a first seal member 32 in the first water cut-off part 30 into close contact with the circumference of a propelling tube 3 at the back of a propeller 2 after the propeller 2 enters the inner part of the storage part 50, a step of recovering the propeller 2 through demolition of the storage part 50, a step of injecting an injection material into a gap between a mortar 13 and the propelling tube 3 in the fixing part 10, and a step of removing the first water cut-off part 30 after the injection material hardens.
