PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyethylene naphthalate film to which the softening agent that can enhance the peel strength of the polyethylene naphthalate film and the metal foil adheres, and an insulating film with the metal foil.;SOLUTION: The polyethylene naphthalate film 31 to which this softening agent adheres comprises: the polyethylene naphthalate film 2 that is the insulating film; and the softening agent 32 that adheres to a first principal surface 2a side of the polyethylene naphthalate film 2 and softens the first principal surface 2a of polyethylene naphthalate film 2 by the heating. The insulating film 1 with the metal foil is obtained by softening the first principal surface 2a by heating and laminating the metal foil 3 to the first principal surface 2a to which the softening agent 32 of the polyethylene naphthalate film 2 in the polyethylene naphthalate film 31 to which the softening agent adheres.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
