PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for appropriately acquiring tire information, such as tire air pressure information after repairing a flat tire with flat tire repair agent, and allowing easy collection of the flat tire repair agent, and to provide a tire state monitoring system, and a method for collecting the flat tire repair agent.;SOLUTION: The acquisition apparatus includes: a sensor that detects an air condition in a tire hollow area as tire information; a valve; an internal space for storing the sensor while being partitioned from the tire hollow area; a vent hole that connects the internal space with the tire hollow area; a housing including a communication hole that connects with an opening section on the air cavity region side of an end of the valve on the tire hollow area side, to connect the opening section on the air hollow area side with the tire hollow area. The minimum diameter of the communication hole and the inside diameter of the valve are at least 2.5 mm. The vent hole is formed at a position outside an area where an estimated angle based on an opening position of the communication hole is less than 140° when the communication hole in the opening of the communication hole on the tire hollow area side is extended in the central direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
