PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide an appropriate keyword in order to search a scene of a program.;SOLUTION: Each program includes a plurality of scenes, and meta information includes a keyword showing each scene included in each program and the start time and end time of each scene in each program. A keyword search device includes an interface, acquires the meta information from a meta information server via an interface, acquires a viewing history including the time when a user has started viewing the program and the time when the user has stopped viewing the program, specifies a scene that the user has viewed on the basis of the time when the user has started viewing and the time when the user has stopped viewing included in the acquired viewing history and the start time and end time included in the acquired meta information, determines a first evaluation value for each keyword showing the specified scene by calculating frequency that the user has viewed the specified scene on the basis of the viewing history, and generates data for providing each keyword to the user in accordance with the first evaluation value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
