PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate odor concentration more faithful to reality in consideration that components and component ratio of an odorant change by a chemical reaction in a process that the odorant diffuses.SOLUTION: In a composite odor concentration DB 24, component ratio, air diffusion concentration, and odor concentration of component materials of various composite odors are accumulated by being associated with one another. An advective diffusion concentration calculation part 31 calculates the air diffusion concentration of discharged materials assuming that the discharged materials advect and diffuse without causing a chemical reaction; a chemical reaction concentration attenuation amount calculation part 32 calculates the air diffusion concentration of the discharged materials attenuated by a fact that the discharged materials cause the chemical reaction during advection; a composite odorous component calculation part 33 calculates the component ratio and the air diffusion concentration of the composite odor consisting of products by the chemical reaction and the remaining discharged materials; a composite odor concentration calculation part 34 performs multiple regression analysis for data having the same components as those of the composite odor from the composite odor concentration DB 24, calculates a prediction formula of the odor concentration of the composite odor, and calculates the odor concentration of the composite odor on the basis of the prediction formula.
