WOOD FIBERBOARD, WOOD COMPOSITE BOARD AND FLOOR MEMBER USING THE WOOD FIBERBOARD, AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood fiberboard having high dimensional stability, a wood composite board and a floor member using the wood fiberboard, and methods of manufacturing the same.;SOLUTION: This wood fiberboard 10 includes wood fiber 12 as a matrix, wherein, as additives, permeable adhesive, isocyanate adhesive and internal additive wax are added. The permeable adhesive is water-soluble and the number average molecular weight is ≤200. By applying the permeable adhesive having a low molecular weight to the wood fiber 12, the permeable adhesive permeates into the inside of cell walls 14 of the wood fiber 12 and is solidified (bulking effect).
