METHOD FOR SELECTIVELY PEELING COLOR FILTER LAYER FROM ARRAY SUBSTRATE WITH COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selectively peeling a color filter layer consisting of a light-shielding layer or a transparent color layer, and a protective layer from a COA (Color Filer on Array) or BOA (Black Matrix on Array) substrate that has been rejected because a defect exists in the color filter layer consisting of the light-shielding layer or the transparent color layer, the protective layer and the like.;SOLUTION: The method for selectively peeling a color filter layer from an array substrate with the color filter performs a carbonization process for carbonizing the color filter layer and removes the carbonized layer by laser irradiation. The carbonization process is performed by irradiation of an infrared laser, and the carbonized layer and a part upward from the carbonized layer are subjected to ablation peeling by a YAG laser.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
