PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal box for a solar cell module including a terminal board having an insertion hole for a lead wire for connection with an electrode, and connecting the lead wire electrically while inserting the lead wire obliquely into the insertion hole, where the quality of insertion of the lead wire into the insertion hole can be determined reliably, and to provide an insertion inspection method of lead wire, an insertion inspection device, and a manufacturing system and a method of the solar cell module.SOLUTION: In a terminal box including a terminal board 20 having an insertion hole 14 into which a lead wire 126 led out from a solar cell module 116 is inserted, the terminal board 20 has an aperture 21 for observing the tip of the lead wire 126 inserted into the insertion hole 14.
