PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign language image generating system capable of appropriately dispersing a load in a server and a terminal.;SOLUTION: The server 1 extracts a term of an independent word from a superimposed dialogue of a program and conducts a change as to a word sequence of a sequence of the term, to be transmitted.
