PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage preventing implement for snow particles or raindrops, by which the snow particles or raindrops do not pass and are captured on one surface side in avoiding damage by reducing the influence of an air moving pressure (wind pressure), and slip down along an inclined surface, and by which snow or rain is not accumulated on a side where a protection object exists.SOLUTION: An inventive passage preventing implement for snow particles or raindrops includes: openings which penetrate through the implement from the surface to the back, allow air to pass but falling snow particles or raindrops not to pass therethrough in order to capture the snow particles or raindrops and have a size smaller than the snow particles or raindrops; and a material part which surrounds the openings, makes the snow particles or raindrops slip and fall, and constitutes the passage preventing implement.
