P To provide an e-mail distribution system which easily and efficiently prevents a distribution of e-mail spam. PSOLUTION: A plurality of kinds of mail reception available setting data for setting a refusal condition and a permission condition of a reception of an e-mail addressed to a mobile telephone 1 are prepared to an e-mail server 2 by an e-mail transmission/reception terminal (e.g the mobile telephone 1) and weighting is performed to each of the data to be transmitted. Each mail reception available setting data transmitted from the mobile telephone 1 is registered by the e-mail server 2, and with respect to the e-mail transmitted to the mobile telephone 1, whether or not transfer to the mobile telephone 1 is performed is determined based ON a weighting value of each mail reception available setting data.
