PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based urethane resin composition which can be used for producing ink that can form a printed image with very high levels of scrape resistance and chemical resistance and is excellent in preservation stability such as an ink drying property or an ink discharge stability; to provide a binder for ink, comprising it; to provide a binder for inkjet printing ink; and to provide inkjet printing ink. PSOLUTION: The water-based urethane resin composition includes: an urethane resin (A) having an anionic group (a1) and a polyalkylene oxide chain (a2) in a side chain; and a water-based medium, to the binder for ink comprising it, to the binder for inkjet printing ink, and to the inkjet printing ink.
