PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that a pressure receiving unit 1 can not sink down/float up with small external force 20 of a wire by decreasing buoyancy and increasing appearance weight due to pushing out of air (surge) 4 at a piston shaft side because of water 8 that enters a single acting type large-diameter cylinder 6 in the process of sinking the pressure receiving unit 1 deeply in the water as illustrated in Fig.1.;SOLUTION: To the outside of the pressure receiving unit 1, a chain-like float 17 which generates buoyancy in proportion to the depth of water is connected, a portion corresponding to the reduced buoyancy of the pressure receiving unit 1 is complemented, and the appearance weight is minimized continuously from a deep position in the water to the surface of water.
