PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise convenience, while keeping safety in a password.;SOLUTION: A securities transaction system 100, where a customer terminal 200, a bank server 300, and a securities server 400 are mutually connected, performs a securities transaction between the customer terminal 200 and the securities server 400. When a password change request is received from the customer terminal 200, the securities server 400 transmits the personal identification request of a user concerning the change request to the bank server 300. When the personal identification request is received from the securities server 400, the bank server 300 performs the authentication processing of the user concerning the personal identification request, and then, transmits an authentication completion report to the securities server 400 when authentication is successfully performed.
