PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance parts delivery support system that, when any trouble occurs to a device to be maintained, can quickly arrange for supply of maintenance parts to reduce the downtime of the troubled device while suppressing extra costs and cash flow disturbance due to returning of earlier arranged-for parts.;SOLUTION: A maintenance parts delivery support system for inputting delivery arrangement information on delivery to the maintenance work site maintenance parts needed for supporting maintenance work on a manufacturing apparatus and checkup apparatuses and instructing a warehouse of parts to ship the maintenance parts comprises: a diagnostic trouble tree information managing unit 312 that manages a tree-form configuration of diagnostic trouble tree information on candidates for treatments needed for restoration of the device to be maintained from a failure phenomenon and specifying candidates for treatments; a maintenance work information managing unit 331 that manages work record information on maintenance works accomplished in the installed site of the device; and a maintenance parts delivery support information managing unit that figures out instructions for advance arrangements for the maintenance parts on the basis of the expected value of a returning cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
