PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain motivation to continue daily health and disease management of a patient by a more effective method than ever. PSOLUTION: A data center provides a health and disease management support service for supporting health and disease management executed by the patient. A resembling data retrieval screen 51 is displayed on a client terminal of the patient having accessed the data center. In the resembling data retrieval screen 51, an inspection data input by the patient is displayed on a display unit 54. By use of the input inspection data as a retrieval condition, the client terminal issues an inspection data retrieval request, resembling the inspection data, to the data center. The data center extracts the inspection data of other patients, resembling the retrieval condition, from an inspection data DB, and distributes course data including a course after the resembling portion to the client terminal.
