P To provide a burnishing tool for forming dimples capable of forming dimples ON an outer peripheral surface of a workpiece without using an exclusive mechanical equipment. PSOLUTION: The dimple-forming burnishing tool 1 comprises: a head body 30; a support roller 40 rotatably and externally fitted to a roller shaft part 32 formed at the head body 30; a retainer 50 arranged ON an outer periphery of the support roller 40; and a roller 60 and a ball 70 rotatably retained by the retainer 50. A protrusion 44a which contacts the ball 70 is formed ON an outer peripheral surface of the support roller 40.
