PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem in the operation allocation when the stability calculation of a power system is performed by a plurality of computers, which are caused by the fact that there is a case where the optimal operation allocation can not be performed due to waiting for an operation start case or for a high-order case by the series operation, or unavailability of the past results.;SOLUTION: In a method for allocating the operation allocation, the number of operation processes is changed to calculate the operation allocation while the total operation time becomes the shortest. Moreover, the correction in the failure case allocation is performed based on results obtained from an operation device, and the priority of the selection index is increased when a state in the system is changed.
