PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating mushrooms of Auricularia auricula-judae that can stably and efficiently harvest mushrooms with a high yield in an extremely short period of time while attaining considerable labor saving in a method for cultivating mushrooms using a bottle container.SOLUTION: Cultivation of mushrooms belonging to Auricularia auricula-judae using a cultivation bottle is carried out by inducing primordium formation in parallel with mycelial culture in a lid removed state after fungal development and before mycelial spreading.
