PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal environment simulation device for a building capable of simulating thermal environment in a winter season of individual rooms of a building by a simple operation.SOLUTION: A thermal environment simulation device comprises: memory units 14-18 for storing information of individual rooms of a building; a calculation controller 20 for calculating a solar radiation acquisition coefficient in a winter season of the individual rooms on the basis of the information of the individual rooms of the building; and a display unit 12 for displaying result of calculation calculated by the calculation controller 20.
