PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate a speech quality reflecting a conversation form.;SOLUTION: A speech quality estimation method for a speech quality estimation device which estimates a quality in a system to be evaluated of a voice speech service comprises a step of measuring the speaking voice ratio of one side of the system to be evaluated, a step of measuring the listening voice ratio of one side of the system to be evaluated, a step of measuring the number of times of switching a speech per a unit time of speaking and listening in the system to be evaluated, a step of calculating a speaking mentality deterioration amount from a quality deterioration index on the basis of the speaking voice ratio, a step of calculating a listening mentality deterioration amount from a quality deterioration index on the basis of the listening voice ratio, a step of calculating a delay mentality deterioration amount from the quality deterioration index on the basis of the number of times of switching the speech, a step of calculating an integrated mentality deterioration amount from the speaking mentality deterioration amount, the listening mentality deterioration amount, and the delay mentality deterioration amount, and a step of changing from the integrated mentality deterioration amount to a subjective quality evaluation value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
