PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matte clear coating composition for a vehicle that enables uniform application by inhibiting agglomeration upon application while maintaining physical properties of a conventional matte clear coating, such as coating appearance, adherability, impact resistance, and water resistance, and that ensures economic efficiency by reducing the amount of a silica matting agent used.SOLUTION: The matte clear coating composition for a vehicle includes a polymer resin for coating and a matting agent, wherein the matte clear coating composition for a vehicle includes silica and talc as the matting agent, the content of the silica is 1-10 wt.% in the clear coating composition, the content of the talc is 1-15 wt.%, the diameter of the talc is 5-15 m, the amount of oil absorption is 10-50, the polymer resin for coating is an acrylic resin, a polyester resin, or a urethane resin, and the composition further includes at least one additive selected from the group consisting of a curing agent, a pinhole inhibitor, a flow inhibitor, and a surface conditioner.
