PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hospital toilet and shower room unit for allowing a wheelchair user to safely use a toilet by himself.SOLUTION: In the hospital toilet and shower room unit, one short side inside a unit room approximately rectangular in a planar view is allocated for a toilet room in which a western-style toilet bowl is installed and the other short side is allocated for a shower room in which a shower device is installed, and three sliding doors are installed as a doorway on one long side of the unit room. A first internal corner wall face is provided between the wall face of one short side and the other wall face of the other long side, and the western-style toilet bowl is mounted on the first internal corner wall face. A second internal corner wall face arranged approximately parallel to the western-style toilet bowl is provided between the wall face of one short side and the wall face of one long side. The three sliding doors are installed between the width ends of the wall face on one long side, and door pulls are provided on sashes on one short side and on the other short side out of the three sliding doors, respectively. The door pull of the sash on one short side is installed within the grasp of a user seated on the western-style toilet bowl.
