PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control station device etc. for realizing a communication system having excellent frequency use efficiency, on the basis of interference source information etc. indicative of an inter-cell interference state measured in each cell.;SOLUTION: A communication system is constituted by a first coverage area, in which a centralized control station device controls communication, and a plurality of second coverage areas, at least a portion of which is overlapped with the first coverage area and in which control station devices respectively control communication. As information to determine communication possibility in each of the first coverage area and the second coverage areas, the centralized control station device acquires information related to other control station devices that become interference sources to the second coverage areas controlled by the respective control station devices, and notifies the control station devices.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
