PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating plate for a liquid ejection head, including a resin layer formed on a surface with a projection part so as not to affect mechanical characteristics of the vibrating plate, and to provide a liquid ejection head, and a method of manufacturing the vibrating plate for the liquid ejection head.;SOLUTION: The vibrating plate for the liquid ejection head is interposed between a liquid chamber and an actuator in the liquid ejection head. One surface of the vibrating plate constitutes a part of the liquid chamber. On the opposite surface, the vibrating plate has a projection part to be joined with the actuator. The resin layer is formed only on the joint surface of the projection part and the actuator. No resin layer is formed on the surface other than the joint surface in the projection part and the surface other than the surface provided with the projection part in the vibrating plate for the liquid ejection head.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
