PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide automatic reception terminal at financial institutions with automatic printing function of transaction forms. PSOLUTION: The automatic reception terminal includes: a customer information retrieval means for extracting corresponding customer information based on the customer identification information from customer information database; a display means for displaying the customer information extracted by the customer information retrieval means; a modification information input means for modifying the customer information displayed on the display means; a printing means for printing the customer information on the transaction form. If customer information is modified by the modification information input means, the terminal outputs, to a customer, a transaction form on which customer information of items other than the items modified by the modification information input means are printed, and a change notification regarding the modified items.
