PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more exactly provide information showing a place with high dropping frequencies by a user.;SOLUTION: In a navigation terminal 20, a date acquisition part acquires a current date. A position acquisition part acquires a current position of a vehicle. A history storage part stores a history of the acquired date and position. An acquisition part determines whether or not stop time satisfies a predetermined condition on the basis of the stored history, and when it is discriminated that the stop time satisfies the predetermined condition, acquires tabulation results obtained by being tabulated for every plurality of blocks for dividing an area to be tabulated, and with which frequencies that the position shown by the history is included in the blocks are associated for each of the plurality of blocks.
