DECELLULARIZATION PROCESS LIQUID, METHOD FOR PREPARING DECELLULARIZED CORNEA, AND IMPLANT HAVING DECELLULARIZED CORNEA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decellularization process liquid capable of preparing a decellularized cornea suppressed in white turbidity, a method for preparing the decellularized cornea, and an implant having the decellularized cornea suppressed in white turbidity.SOLUTION: The decellularization process liquid used for decellularizing an animal-originated cornea contains at least one compound selected from a group consisting of sugar, sugar alcohol, compounds having one OH and a 3C alkyl chain, and polyhydric alcohol (except sugar and sugar alcohol). The method for preparing the decellularized cornea by decellularizing the animal-originated cornea includes: an impression step of destroying cells in the cornea by impressing super high static hydraulic pressure to the cornea in the decellularization process liquid; and a removal step of removing the destroyed cells.
