PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert an image into an image having a different aspect ratio while appearance is maintained.;SOLUTION: An aspect ratio conversion section 17 converts an original image into an editing image having the aspect ratio of a screen size of a portable telephone set by adding a non-feature part which does not include a configuration characterizing the editing image and extends to both ends in a vertical direction or a lateral direction. A transmission image creating section 15 extracts a part adapted to the aspect ratio from a photographed image and combines the extracted part and the editing image converted by the aspect ratio conversion section 17 to create a transmission image.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
