PSOLUTION: The pulse measuring apparatus receives an input image having an amplitude value corresponding to pulsation, obtains the appearing frequency at each interval of the maximum and minimum of a luminance value in the amplitude included in the received input image, specifies an interval value at which the obtained appearing frequency is the maximum, determines the interval value in the time direction of the amplitude on the basis of the specified maximum interval value, calculates the pulse on the basis of the determined interval value, and outputs the calculated pulse.
