PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable contribution observing a contract of each room where people perform karaoke (singing room or studio) to be executed.SOLUTION: A contribution data determination device executes: instrument sound determination processing for, concerning contribution data including recorded information recorded in synchronization with a musical performance, determining whether an instrument sound is included in the recorded information; and restriction processing for restricting registration of the contribution data or transmission of the contribution data via a communication line when determining that the recorded information includes an instrument sound in the instrument sound determination processing.
