PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prostate hypertrophy model and a prostate surgery simulator which replicate the HoLEP surgery and enable a simulation of an enucleation in a prostate in the same feeling as a real surgery.;SOLUTION: A prostate hypertrophy model includes an inner gland parts 12a, 12b imitating hypertrophied inner glands in a prostate, an outer gland film part 12f covering outer peripheral surfaces of the inner gland parts and imitating an outer gland film, and a ureter narrowing part U formed within the inner gland. The inner gland parts and the outer gland film part are connected by adhesive layers 12e, 12e', which are composed of a mixture of gluten and glycerin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
