PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quarantine control device capable of appropriately deciding a terminal device interfering communication.;SOLUTION: A quarantine control device 2 includes: an inspection result transmission request unit 211 for requesting a terminal device 3 to transmit an inspection result which the terminal device 3 obtains by inspecting an internal state thereof according to a predetermined inspection policy; based on a response of the terminal device 3 to the transmission request of the inspection result, a decision unit 220 for deciding whether or not the terminal device 3 is a successful terminal; and if the decision unit 220 decides the terminal device 3 is not a successful device, a communication interference unit 260 for performing communication interference processing of the terminal device 3; and a deferment processing unit 220c for deferring the execution of the interference processing by the communication interference unit 260 for a predetermined time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
