PSOLUTION: The participant arrangement device 1 obtains attribute information of the participants participating in a prescribed meeting. Thereafter, the participant arrangement device 1 calculates, in each participant arrangement pattern wherein the participants are arranged to the seats, a third influence degree indicating a degree wherein the participant imparts influence upon all the other participants by the participants based on the calculated first influence degree and second influence degree. The participant arrangement device 1 extracts the participant arrangement pattern wherein the calculated third influence degree by the participants satisfies a prescribed condition from the participant arrangement patterns.
