PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable recording medium having high interchangeability by making behavior of the portable recording media to a prescribed command identical without requiring a host device such as a card reader/writer to mount a plurality of processing functions according to the behavior of the portable recording media.;SOLUTION: A portable recording medium 1 includes: a communication interface (non-contact communication interface 11 or contact communication interface 12) for receiving a prescribed command and a flag designating a response corresponding to the prescribed command from a card reader/writer; a non-volatile memory 16 for storing the flag; and an arithmetic unit (CPU 13) for interpreting the flag stored in the memory and performing a response corresponding to the prescribed command to the reader/writer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
