PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan motor that reduces vibration and noise by implementing improved assembly accuracy with a simple structure.;SOLUTION: A fan 16 includes a first mounting surface disposed around a central hole, and a plurality of projection portions disposed along the circumferential direction of the central hole. A fan fixing part 17 includes a fan mounting plate 17B attached to one end of a shaft and having a press fit portion and a second mounting surface in a radial direction, and an elastic plate 17A having elasticity. The press fit portion projects toward the fan beyond the second mounting surface. A virtual circle connecting tip ends of the plurality of projection portions is smaller than a peripheral circle of the press fit portion. The fan is centered on the shaft by elastically deformable contact of the plurality of projection portions with an outer circumferential surface of the press fit portion, and the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are coupled via the elastic plate 17A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
