PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam irradiation device which does not cause abnormality in detection of a beam current even by an operation of a long period, and a drift tube of the electron beam irradiation device.;SOLUTION: The drift tube of the electron beam irradiation device, which is connectable between an accelerator for accelerating electrons emitted from an electron gun and an electron beam takeout part for emitting the electrons accelerated in the accelerator, and an internal space of which the electrons emitted from the accelerator toward the electron beam takeout part are made incident on, comprises: an insulating member 40 for insulating an accelerator side of a body 10 and an electron beam takeout part side; a first shielding member 70 which is fixed more on the accelerator side than the insulating member and covers an inner peripheral surface of the insulating member 40; and a second shielding member 71 which is fixed more on the electron beam takeout part side than the insulating member 40 and covers the inner peripheral surface of the insulating member 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
