PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unwrap the entire two-dimensional data within an effective area even when there is a lack of data in an unwrap method and apparatus for two-dimensional data by an interferometer. PSOLUTION: The unwrap method includes: a common offset phase data group generation process S10 for generating a common offset phase data group which is a group of two-dimensional phase data which can be regarded to have the same offset value; an offset estimation process S11 for estimating a parameter ZSB1_i/SBcorresponding to each offset value zSB0i/SBof the common offset phase data group by temporarily setting a fitting function; and an unwrap process S12 for calculating zSB0i/SB=2round((ZSB1_i/SB-O)/2), with either one of each estimated parameter ZSB1_i/SBor weighted average phase by ZSB1_i/SBas a standard phase value O, and subtracting the offset value zSB0i/SBfrom the common offset phase data group, respectively, thereby generating two-dimensional phase data.
