Thin-film printing for screen, its production method and thin-film printing for screen plate

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-durability screen for film printing and a screen plate for film printing which are suitable for forming an even film of 0.3 μm or less in thickness with good reproducibility and stability by screen printing.;SOLUTION: The screen for film printing is a fabric made of woven warp yarn and waft yarn of synthetic fibers, including a number of intersecting parts and non-intersecting parts of the warp yarn and waft yarn, the warp yarn and waft yarn deforming respectively by compression at the intersecting parts and non-intersecting parts and smoothed with a uniform thickness. The ratio of the thickness of the screen for film printing to the average raw yarn diameter of the warp yarn and waft yarn is 0.5 to 1.0, the thickness of the screen for film printing is 12 μm to 25 μm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
