PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat collector which improves heat collection efficiency by providing fluid passages above and below a heat collection plate.SOLUTION: A solar heat collection plate 11 is provided which includes solar heat absorption planes on the upper and lower surfaces thereof, fluid passage forming members 15, 20 are mounted in contact with the above and below surfaces of the heat collection plate, fluid passages 18, 22 are formed above and below the heat collection plate, and at least one of the fluid passage forming members 15, 20 is formed of a transparent body. In the fluid passage, a gas or a liquid passes and moves, a tubular body is mounted appropriately to an opened part of the solar heat collector, and an internal fluid is circulated by a pump or the like.
